Syaikh Muhammad bin Sholih al-‘Utsaimin rahimahullah berkata,
إن المن والأذى يبطل الصدقة، وعليه فيكون لقبول الصدقة شروط سابقة ومبطلات لاحقة، أما الشروط السابقة :
١– فالإخلاص لله.
٢– والمتابعة.
وأما المبطلات اللاحقة:
١–فالمن.
٢– والأذى.
“Sesungguhnya mengungkit-ungkit, dan menyakiti orang yang menerima menggugurkan pahala sedekah.
Atas dasar ini, diterimanya sedekah memiliki syarat-syarat yang mendahului dan pembatal-pembatal yang muncul belakangan.
Adapun syarat-syarat yang mendahului:
1. Ikhlas karena Allah.
2. Mengikuti petunjuk Rosulullah shollallahu ‘alaihi wasallam.
Sedangkan pembatal-pembatal yang muncul belakangan adalah:
1. Mengungkit-ungkitnya.
2. Menyakiti orang yang menerimanya..
”
